Class of 2017 wide receiver Xavier Jenkins, Jr. has verbally committed to the University of Georgia.
Jenkins is a 6 foot 5 and 195 lbs wide receiver out of Lowndes County High School from Valdosta, GA. His recruitment has really just started taking off, and Georgia was one of the first programs along with Louisville to identify the talented wideout. Jenkins just came off an unofficial visit to UGA over the weekend and the Bulldogs for all intents and purposes hit a slam dunk.
UGA Sports.com and Rivals Network’s Jake Reuse broke the news on Twitter late Thursday night.
