Camden County High School junior offensive tackle Micah Morris was set to announce his commitment decision on Tuesday, December 17th but will no longer be making his announcement on that date.

Morris visited UGA back on November 23rd for the Texas A&M game, and by all accounts had a great time. Georgia has been considered a leader for Morris, but with o-line coach Sam Pittman‘s departure on Sunday to take the head coaching job at Arkansas, it may have given Morris something to think about.

He released his top-six schools just a few short weeks ago on November 18th, a list that includes the University of Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, and South Carolina. So far, that list remains the same and Morris will be making his decision between those SEC programs.

Currently, the 6-foot-4 and 316 lbs Morris is rated a 4-star prospect by 247Sports for 2021, the No. 6 offensive tackle, the No. 4 player from the state of Georgia, and the No. 38 player nationally overall. Rivals also rates Morris a 4-star prospect, the No. 6 OT, and the No. 4 player from Georgia in the 2021 class and have him as the No. 33 player nationally overall.
