NEWS & NOTES: Jackson has had an offer from UGA for over a year, and he visited the Bulldogs for G-Day back on April 22nd. On June 28th, Jackson put Georgia in his top 8, and the talented Peach State receiver committed to UGA on August 19th. Jackson had 2 catches for 107 yards and a TD in Peach County’s season opening win, 44-14, over Houston County, and then he had five catches for 78 yards in Peach County’s 38-35 loss to Warner Robins back on Sept. 1st, but the Trojan’s got back in the win column this past Friday with a 47-19 win over Perry. Peach County and K. Jackson will take on Mary Persons on the road this coming weekend on Sept. 15th.

NEWS & NOTES: Jordan is a big, tall receiver that the Dogs offered back in the spring and is not unlike Georgia’s 2017 signee Matt Landers. As of right now, it looks like a three school race for Jordan between the Bulldogs, GT, and Tennessee.

NEWS & NOTES: Blaylock was offered by the previous Georgia coaching staff, and Kirby Smart and his staff also have continued to recruit the talented 2019 prospect with gusto. Their efforts paid off as Blaylock committed to UGA back in July. He is considered one of the top receivers not only in the Peach State but in the country for 2019. The Bulldogs also have Cedar Grove WR Jadon Haselwood committed, which if both end up signing with UGA would give Georgia the top two receivers in the 2019 class. Blaylock had 7 receptions for 112 yards and touchdown vs. Brookwood on Aug. 25th and with Walton’s 41-7 win over Pope last weekend, the Raiders are 3-0 on the year. Walton and Blaylock were off this weekend and will resume action on Friday, Sept. 15th when they host Wheeler.
