Nick Cross is a four-star safety from Hyattsville, Maryland. He’s 6-0.5 and 207 pounds. According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 66 overall player, the No. 5 safety and the No. 1 prospect in Maryland. Cross currently has 37 offers with the latest coming from UCLA on May 16, 2018. He is currently committed to FSU and has been since Sept. 3. Cross took an OV there back on June 22. He camped at Penn State on June 16 and took an OV to Alabama on June 8. Auburn got an OV from Cross on June 1 and Florida got his first OV on April 13. Georgia constantly stays in contact with Cross and it wouldn’t surprise me for him to use his final OV to come to Georgia. Cross could be a legit flip possibility so his name is one to keep an eye out for.

Demani Richardson is a four-star safety from Waxahachie, Texas. He’s 6-1 209 pounds. According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 60 overall player, the No. 4 Safety and the No. 10 prospect in Texas. Richardson currently holds 14 offers with the latest coming from Alabama on February 2. He committed to Texas A&M on Feb. 24 and hasn’t really looked anywhere else. He attended both junior days on Feb. 4 and Feb. 24. While he was on campus he pulled the trigger and committed to the Aggies. Then Richardson went back to College Station for an official visit on April 13. He hasn’t done much traveling since then, but could in the next few weeks. He is another name that could flip, but I’m not as confident as I am with Cross. Richardson is a heck of a safety and Georgia could use his talent. This recruitment could get interesting.
