Johnson has over 15 offers so far including from programs like Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia. The 6-foot-1 and 180 lbs junior is rated a 5-star prospect by 247Sports, and the No. 3 CB, the No. 1 player from the state of West Virginia, and the No. 23 recruit in the country in the 2021 class. Rivals rates Johnson a 4-star prospect, the No. 7 CB, the No. 1 player from the state of Virginia, and the No. 85 recruit overall.
