WTEN: Three Bulldogs Set to Compete at ITF W75 Edmond
EDMOND, Okla. — Dasha Vidmanova, Anastasiia Lopata and Sofia Rojas are set to represent the Georgia women’s tennis team at the ITF W75 Edmond starting on Monday, Oct. 7 at the Edmond Centre Court.
Fast Facts
- Dasha Vidmanova will return to action for the first time since competing at the ITA All-American Championships, where she advanced all the way to the singles main draw consolation final, earning her a ticket to the NCAA Singles Championships later this fall.
- Anastasiia Lopata will also be in action after competing at the W75 Templeton and W75 Rancho Santa Fe competitions as a wild card, earning both trips after winning the 2024 Battle in the Bay Classic singles title back in September.
- Sofia Rojas will also be in action in Edmond, competing for the first time since the ITA All-Americans where she will look to add more wins to her first fall tennis season as a Bulldog.
