Three Dawgs Named to SEC All-Freshman Team

Georgia’s No. 2-ranked football team featured three players on the Southeastern Conference All-Freshman Team, according to a league announcement on Thursday.

 

 

 

 

Safety KJ Bolden, linebacker Chris Cole and running back Nate Frazier were all included on the conference’s first-year squad. 

 

 

 

 

Georgia takes on the winner of Notre Dame and Penn State in the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, La., on Jan. 1.  ESPN will televise the matchup at 8:45 p.m. ET.

UGA Sports: Twenty-six Student-Athletes Expected to Graduate Today

Twenty-six University of Georgia student-athletes are expected to receive their degrees Friday, December 13 at the annual fall commencement ceremonies. 

The undergraduate ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and the graduate ceremony begins at 2:30 p.m. in Stegeman Coliseum. 

The following student-athletes are scheduled for graduation:
