[su_spacer size=”20″] Faton Bauta is a redshirt junior quarterback for the Bulldawgs. He is a 2012 graduate of Dwyer high school where he played varsity football for Coach Jack Daniels. Bauta is a member of Georgia’s 2012 recruiting class. He was named to the SuperPrep All-Dixie Team.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Bauta was redshirted his in 2012 and saw his first action as a Bulldawg in 2013 versus Appalachian State. He played in a total of 3 games his redshirt freshman year. Last year as a sophomore, Bauta also appeared in 3 games for the Dawgs at QB completing 4 of 5 passes for 48 yards and rushing for 16 yards on 6 carries, scoring 2 touchdowns.
