Bulldawg Illustrated is counting down the days till the Dawgs kickoff their college football season in Bulldawgs Countdown to Kickoff 2015, and we are down to number 22 Brendan Douglas.
[su_spacer size=”20″] Brendan Douglas, aka as “Bam Bam” by fans for his hard nosed and no surrender running style, is a junior running back for the University of Georgia. A member of the Dawgs’ 2013 college football recruiting class, Douglas is a graduate of Aquinas high school out of Augusta, GA where he played varsity football for Coach Matt LeZotte.
[su_spacer size=”40″] As a true freshman, number 22 played in 12 games at tail back for Georgia where he rushed for 345 yards on 84 carries for 3 touchdowns, and Douglas also had 13 receptions for 172 yards and 1 receiving touchdown. In 2014, as a sophomore, Douglass also played in 12 games rushing for 230 yards on 55 carries, scoring 2 touchdowns and having 1 reception out of the backfield at tail back.
