On Sunday afternoon, 2020 tight end Theo Johnson announced via Twitter where he would be taking his five official visits. Schools he has scheduled to visit include Georgia, Miami, Iowa, Penn State, and Michigan.

Johnson is a 6-foot-5 and 242 lbs four-star prospect out of Windsor, Ontario. Yes. That is not a typo. From Canada, and he is considered the No. 1 player from “The Heartland” of “The North” by 247Sports and the No. 3 TE and overall, the No. 95 recruit. ESPN also rates Johnson the No. 1 player out of Ontario and has him just one spot lower at TE at No. 5 as well as the 129th overall prospect. Rivals rates Johnson as the No. 5 TE and the top 155th player in the 2020 class.
The weekend Johnson has scheduled to take his official visit to UGA, the Bulldogs host Notre Dame for a home game on September 21st. In addition to Johnson, tight ends Arik Gilbert and Darnell Washington will also be taking official visits to Georgia that weekend.
The Holy Names Green Wave and Johnson opened up their high school football season with a 38-0 road win versus Cleveland Central Catholic this past Saturday. Up next forJohnson and the Green Wave is another road game this Friday night versus Padua Franciscan in Parma, OH.
