UGA offered current Ole Miss commit Eric Reed, Jr. this past Wednesday. The offer from the Bulldogs marks Reed’s 13th one.

Reed is a 6-foot-1 and 197 lbs safety out of Calvary Baptist Academy High School in Shreveport, LA. He is rated 4-star prospect by 247Sports, and the No. 17 safety, No. 7 player from the state of Louisiana, and 198th overall recruiting prospect in the 2020 class. Rivals also rates Reed a 4-star recruit.
What are Georgia’s chances of flipping Reed?
Reed committed to Ole Miss back on June 18th and has remained solidly committed to the Rebels despite being pursued by other interested programs like Virginia, a school he has taken an official visit to on June 20th after his commitment. While one never says never when Kirby and company are on the job, I think it would be a long shot for Reed to flip to the Dawgs.
