The University of Georgia offered Edmond Santa Fe High School 2021 linebacker Collin Oliver on Wednesday.

With the offer from the Bulldogs, Oliver has over 18 scholarship offers so far. He also holds offers from Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Oregon, TCU, and Tennessee to name a few.
Oliver released a top-eight back last year in April, but top-school lists can change; so, I would not be surprised to see Oliver release a new one as he gains more offers.

247Sports rates Oliver as a four-star prospect and the No. 9 inside linebacker for 2021. Rivals rates Oliver as a three-star outside linebacker prospect.
