Borders has over 24 scholarship offers so far including the one from the Bulldogs with his most recent one coming from Ohio State on Tuesday. The Buckeyes are one of the last schools ‘Chief’ visited during the last weekend in July, a trip that included a stopover at Illinois as well. Borders did visit UGA back in March and again for the G-Day game in April. He also was able to come to several of Georgia’s home games last season.
The 6-foot-3 and 211 lbs rising junior plays on both sides of the ball for the Indians, on offense at wide receiver and tight end and on defense at linebacker. At The Opening Regionals back in March, ‘Chief’ ran a 4.59-second 40.
