It’s been a busy week recruiting wise for UGA football as the coaching staff has been busy on road visiting with prospects and handing out offers as well. Thursday was no different with the Bulldogs offering 2020 wide receiver Sam Brown and 2020 d-lineman McKinnley Jackson.
Sam Brown is a 6-foot-2 and 186 lbs senior receiver out of New Hampstead High School in Savannah, GA. 247Sports rates Brown as a 3-star prospect and the No. 97 WR in the 2020 class. Rivals also rates Brown a 3-star prospect. At The Opening Regionals back in the spring, Brown ran an impressive 4.45-second forty and had nearly a 38-inch vertical. Brown also competes in track and field for New Hampstead.

McKinnley Jackson is a 6-foot-2 and 317 lbs senior out of George County High School in Lucedale, MS. 247Sports rates Jackson a 4-star prospect, the No. 12 defensive tackle, the No. 1 player from the state of Mississippi, and the No. 113 recruit overall nationally. Rivals also rates McKinnley a 4-star prospect and have him ranked as the No. 8 DT, the No. 1 player from the state of Mississippi, and the No. 83 recruit overall nationally.
