NEWS:

Jermaine Johnson is a four-star WDE/LB from Independence Community College. He’s 6-6 250 and plans on enrolling early when he picks his next college. According to the latest 247Sports JUCO rankings, he ranks as the No. 5 overall player, the No. 2 WDE, and the No. 3 MN prospect. Johnson currently holds 21 offers with the latest coming from Oklahoma on June 19. The JUCO DE took official visits to Oregon and Colorado. He’s taken unofficial visits to Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Minnesota and Texas A&M. Johnson’s final school choices seemed narrowed down to Oregon and Georgia. I expect him to be back in Athens after the dead period and make his commitment before his season starts.
