The rising sophomore already has over 15 scholarship offers. Including the latest one from the Bulldogs, Young also holds offers from Auburn, Florida, Miami, Penn State, South Carolina, and Texas A&M to name a few.
The 6-foot-0 and 190 lbs Young ran for 854 yards and 6 touchdowns on 111 carries in 8 games for the Lightning out of Lehigh Acres, FL this past season as a freshman. You can watch Richard Young’s 2019 season highlights by clicking on the video below.
