Georgia offered five-star defensive end Tunmise Adeleye out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL on Friday.
Adeleye stated that the offer from the Bulldogs “is the one he has been waiting on for a long time. I’m so happy.”
The 6-foot-4 and 260 lbs junior released a top-six back on Christmas Eve of Alabama, Florida, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M but did not include UGA. However, don’t be surprised if UGA becomes one of his top-schools. Adeleye has set a date to announce his commitment decision for Saturday, August 1st, 2020.
Adeleye is rated a five-star prospect by 247Sports composite ranking system, the No. 3 strongside defensive end, the No. 3 player from the Sunshine State, and the No. 26 recruit overall in the 2020 class. ESPN and has Adeleye as a four-star prospect at defensive tackle while Rivals has him as a four-star strongside defensive end. Both ESPN and Rivals also consider him a top-50 recruit nationally and a top-ten player from the state of Florida for 2020.
