Northwestern High School senior wide receiver Marcus Fleming released his top-five schools on Monday which he chose out of over 37 scholarship offers and included the University of Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Maryland, and Nebraska. Fleming will make his final decision on early signing day, Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Fleming had been committed to the University of Miami but de-committed from the Hurricanes on November 18th, just two days after an official to Nebraska on November 16th. He also took an official visit to Georgia this past Saturday for the Texas A&M game.
In 13 games for 2019 for Northwestern High School, Fleming had 49 receptions for 875 yards and 7 touchdowns. He also had 10 kickoff returns for 457 yards, averaging 45.7 yards per return.
247Sports rates the 5-foot-10 and 165 lbs Fleming as a 4-star prospect and the No. 42 WR for the 2020 recruiting class. Rivals also rates Fleming a 4-star prospect.
