BSB: Queens University of Charlotte Visits UGA Today
Third-ranked Georgia returns to action Tuesday when Queens University of Charlotte visits Foley Field. First pitch will be at 3:02 p.m. (SECN+).
After 30 games, the Bulldogs are off to the best start in school history with a 28-2 mark. At 8-1 in the Southeastern Conference, they are one of four teams tied for first place in the league along with No. 2 Arkansas (26-3), No. 1 Tennessee (26-2) and No. 5 Texas (23-3). The Bulldogs lead the nation in wins (28), home runs (79) and runs scored (306), rank second in slugging percentage (.615), on base percentage (.461) and are fourth in scoring (10.2 runs per game). Georgia has a 4.88 ERA and a .984 fielding percentage.
The Royals have dropped their last seven games, including an Atlantic Sun Conference road series to Jacksonville this past weekend. They have played five games against SEC teams this year. Last Tuesday, they lost 14-3 at No. 1 Tennessee. Earlier this year, they were swept at Miss. State and dropped a contest at USC. Queens is batting .216 with an 8.47 ERA and a .963 fielding percentage.

Harris will make his seventh appearance this year, including his fourth start for the Bulldogs. He has pitched 11.2 innings with seven strikeouts and five walks. Brown has made 12 appearances and three starts for the Royals. He has tallied 26 innings with 12 strikeouts and five walks.
