Dawgs in the NFL – Week 14
Former Georgia Bulldogs have continued to shine during week 14 of the National Football League’s regular season as several players are among the league’s leaders in several statistical categories.
The Ravens’ Roquan Smith ranks third in total tackles with 136, the Lions’ D’Andre Swift is in fourth for rushing yards with 822, the Bills’ James Cook ranks third among running backs in scrimmage yards with 1,180 and the Buccaneers’ Jake Camarda holds the fifth spot for total punting yardage with 3,151.
Patriots 21, Steelers 18
David Andrews, OC – Started at center for the Patriots as the team picked up its second road win of the season over the Steelers, outgaining the opponent with 303 total yards.
Broderick Jones, OT – Earned the start at right tackle for Pittsburgh, earning credit for a tackle while appearing in all 70 offensive snaps.
George Pickens, WR – Brought in five catches for a total of 19 yards for the Steelers while lining up for 86 percent of the team’s plays on offense.
Darnell Washington, TE – Appeared as Pittsburgh’s starting tight end, earning one reception on two targets for 12 yards.
Buccaneers 29, Falcons 25
Jake Camarda, P – Punted six times for Tampa Bay in its road win for a total of 325 yards. Camarda averaged 54.2 yards per attempt with a long of 63, pinning the Falcons inside their 20-yard line twice. He stands fifth in the league in punting yardage on the least number of attempts in the top five with 63.
Lorenzo Carter, OLB – Saw action as a reserve linebacker for the Falcons, notching three tackles in 29 defensive snaps and also appearing in 16 special teams plays.
John Fitzpatrick, TE – Played 11 snaps on special teams as a backup tight end for Atlanta, recording no statistics.
Ravens 37, Rams 31
Ben Cleveland, OG – Appeared in five special teams plays as a reserve guard in the Ravens’ win, recording no statistics.
Roquan Smith, ILB – Posted a team-high 10 tackles, including two for loss, and a quarterback hurry for Baltimore. Smith, who notched his fifth consecutive game with at least eight tackles, is now tied for the third-most in the statistic with 136.
Matthew Stafford, QB – Threw 23 completions for 294 yards and three touchdowns in the Rams’ loss. This marked Stafford’s third-straight game throwing at least three touchdowns, upping his season total to 19. At the age of 35 years and 306 days, Stafford now stands with 352 career touchdown passes and becomes the sixth quarterback in NFL history to reach 350 in the statistic before turning 36. He joinw Pro Football Hall of Famers Brett Favre, Peyton Manning and Dan Marino as well as Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers.
Derion Kendrick, CB – Started at cornerback for Los Angeles for the 11th time this season, recording three tackles while playing in all 72 of the team’s defensive snaps.
Warren McClendon Jr., OT – Was listed as not active for the Rams in the team’s loss.
Bengals 34, Colts 14
Trey Hill, OC – Was listed as not active for Cincinnati in the team’s win.
Isaiah McKenzie, WR – Started for the second-straight week at wide receiver for the Colts, earning his second career start. McKenzie handled one punt return for no gain and a kickoff return for 17 yards and saw action in eight offensive plays and 11 on special teams.
Browns 31, Jaguars 27
Tyson Campbell, CB – Was listed as not active for Jacksonville in the team’s loss due to a quadricep injury.
Travon Walker, OLB – Earned the start for the Jaguars, posting two tackles while appearing in 82 percent of the team’s defensive snaps.

Lewis Cine, S – Was listed as not active for Minnesota in the team’s win.
John Jenkins, NT – Started at defensive tackle for the Raiders and racked up three tackles in 44 defensive snaps.
Zamir White, RB – Entered the game as a backup running back for Las Vegas, earning two rushing attempts for eight yards and also a tackle on special teams on 16 total snaps – five on offense and 11 on special teams.
Christopher Smith II, S – Saw action in 13 special teams plays for the Raiders as a backup safety, recording no statistics.

Robert Beal Jr., DE – Was listed as not active for San Francisco in the team’s win.
Charlie Woerner, TE – Played as a reserve tight end for the 49ers, catching a pass for three yards and recording a special teams tackle in 22 offensive snaps and 15 on special teams.
Chris Conley, WR – Appeared as a backup wide receiver for San Francisco in the team’s win, playing in 11 special teams snaps and eight on offense.
Kenny McIntosh, RB – Saw action in five special teams snaps as a reserve running back for the Seahawks, recording no statistics.

James Cook, RB – Recorded 141 yards from scrimmage for Buffalo, including 83 receiving yards and a touchdown on five catches and 58 yards rushing on 10 attempts. Appearing in just 34 offensive snaps for the team, Cook accounted for half of the Bills’ 10 longest plays in the game. This marks the fourth-straight game posting 100 scrimmage yards for Cook, the longest streak of his career, as the second year running back moves into third for scrimmage yards at the position with 1,180 – 789 yards rushing and 391 receiving yards.
Leonard Floyd, OLB – Started at defensive end for the Bills, earning a tackle and a quarterback hurry while playing in 62 percent of the team’s defensive snaps.

Jamaree Salyer, OT/OG – Started at right guard for Los Angeles, appearing in all 72 of the team’s offensive snaps as the Chargers posted 283 net yards.
Cowboys 33, Eagles 13
Jalen Carter, DT – Playing as a backup defensive tackle for the Eagles, Carter returned a 42-yard fumble for his first career touchdown, also posting a tackle. He appeared in 43 percent of the team’s snaps on defense and seven on special teams.
Jordan Davis, NT – Started at defensive tackle for Philadelphia as he racked up five total tackles in 43 defensive snaps.
Kelee Ringo, CB – Saw action as a reserve cornerback for the Eagles where he posted one tackle on defense. Ringo appeared in 22 defensive snaps and 21 on special teams.
Nolan Smith, OLB – Appeared as a backup linebacker for Philadelphia across 21 defensive snaps and 15 on special teams, recording no statistics.
D’Andre Swift, RB – After recording 39 rushing yards on 11 attempts for the Eagles, Swift upped his total yardage for the season to 1,030, marking just the second time the fourth year running back has reached the milestone in his NFL career. He stands fourth in the league in rushing yards with 822 this season.

Channing Tindall, ILB – Saw action as a reserve linebacker in 17 special teams’ snaps for the Dolphins, recording no statistics.

Azeez Ojulari, OLB – Started at defensive end for New York where he earned four tackles, one for loss, received credit for half of a sack for a loss of five yards and three quarterback hurries.
Andrew Thomas, OT – Started at left tackle for the Giants as the team garnered 367 total yards of offense. Thomas lined up for all 56 offensive snaps.
Lawrence Cager, TE – Appeared in nine offensive snaps and 14 on special teams as a reserve tight end, handling one kickoff return for no gain.
Quay Walker, ILB – Was listed as not active due to a shoulder injury for the Packers in their loss on Monday Night Football.
Devonte Wyatt, DE – Appeared as a reserve defensive lineman for Green Bay, where he posted four tackles, tied for the fourth-most on the team, in 29 defensive snaps.
