1 Amass an Offensive Onslaught – Last season in Athens, the Bulldogs put 53 points on the board against Missouri, breaking open an offensive shootout in the second half to win by 25. Georgia’s offense has been sharp thus far in 2018, and it will have to be on Saturday in Columbia. No matter whom they are playing, Drew Lock and Mizzou are going to move the football. So the Bulldogs offense and special teams is going to have to cash in and put up a big number.
 
 
2 Go Plus-Two in Turnover Column – In the Bulldogs three wins over the Tigers in Columbia, turnovers have played a huge part in Georgia’s success. Remember Jarvis Jones with the pick and forced fumble in the fourth quarter in a 41-20 2012 win. Georgia came up with five interceptions in a 34-0 victory in 2014. On Georgia’s last trip, the interception by Quincy and strip and fumble after the go-ahead TD spelled victory for the Dogs. Georgia’s tough, physical and athletic defense has to bring the formula to “The Zou” once again.
 
 
3 Third Down Defense – It starts with Georgia getting the Tigers behind the chains with sacks, tackles for loss, holding penalties, etc. Give Drew Lock, those outstanding pass catchers, fine back and big offensive line three shots at getting 10 yards, and it’s going to be hard to stop the Tigers. So that means turnovers and getting off the field by putting the pressure on the Missouri offense, which will be one o the best Georgia faces all year.
 
 
4 Play those Midwest Winds – Who knows what the weather will do, but those Midwest winds can blow hard, and that could certainly have an effect, particularly in the kicking game. Georgia’s special teams has been so good. Think, in particular, about those first half closing field goals last year against Tech and Oklahoma, and two weeks again in the other Columbia against South Carolina. What was once a liability has emerged as a weapon in the Smart era. Keeping that the case will be vital to victory Saturday.
 
 
5 Keep Those Road Fires Burning – It’s a long trip and an early wake up call, pregame meal and then kickoff in Columbia. Smart’s Bulldogs have shown tremendous focus on the road. These are “business trips.” What Georgia did at South Carolina was an eye-opener. Now the Bulldogs will try and do that in the other Columbia. Meanwhile, Missouri is eyeing what would be the biggest win in Barry Odum’s tenure. This would be a huge test passed if Georgia can deliver.
