The Bulldogs practice painted the same picture that has been reported on in the past couple of days.

On the offensive side of the ball, it seems that there is a quarterback battle between Jacob Eason and Jake Fromm, but that Fromm is the front-runner. Fromm took the first-team reps during a drill involved with the running backs as he worked with Nick Chubb while Eason worked with Sony Michel. Eason is still sporting a knee brace on his left leg but seems ready to play.

Regardless of who is starting at the quarterback position, Both quarterbacks looked very sharp. Eason had great zip on his passes and only had one overthrow during the period I watched him. Fromm may not have as much power behind his passes, but he too was very accurate with his throws. This quarterback situation will be interesting to watch, but Georgia is in a good place because they seem to have two solid options.

The offensive line had the same starting five that they have had all week with Isaiah Wynn at left tackle, Kendall Baker at left guard, Lamont Gaillard at center, Dyshon Sims at right guard, and Andrew Thomas at right tackle. Solomon Kindley seemed to be moving well and was practicing normally with the rest of the offensive lineman, but he was still sporting an ankle brace so it will be interesting to see if he makes the trip to Knoxville.

On the defensive side of the ball, the cornerbacks seemed to be focused on their hand placement during drills as coach Mel Tucker continuously encouraged his players to keep their hands up. While Tucker focused on the cornerbacks, Kirby Smart was working with the safeties on defending and breaking up short passes.

The Bulldogs seem prepared for their upcoming matchup and if they can match their showings in the previous four games, then they should walk out of Neyland Stadium 5-0.
