With seven games under their belt and the bye week nearly behind them, let’s take a look at the statistical leaders on Georgia Bulldog’s offense.
Jake Fromm
Jake Fromm, a 6-foot-2 and 220 lbs junior out of Warner Robins, GA, has started all seven of Georgia’s games this season and leads the Bulldogs in passing. So far for 2019, he has completed 123 of 174 pass attempts (70.7%) for 1,406 yards and 9 touchdowns to just 3 interceptions.
D’Andre Swift
D’Andre Swift is a 5-foot-9 and 215 lbs junior out of Philadelphia, PA. The tailback leads the Bulldog’s offense in rushing through 7 games with 110 carries for 752 yards and 7 touchdowns. Swift also has 13 receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown.
George Pickens
Leading Georgia in receiving is true freshman George Pickens, a 6-foot-3 and 190 lbs wide receiver from Hoover, AL. Pickens has hauled in 23 catches for 318 yards and 2 touchdowns on the year so far.
Andrew Thomas
Of course, without the offensive line protecting and blocking for them, the quarterbacks, running backs, and receivers wouldn’t be able to do what they do with the ball in their hands. Andrew Thomas, a junior out of Lithonia, GA, has been a force of nature and solid as a rock at left tackle for the Dawgs. He has started all seven games for Georgia this season and his play on the field has earned Thomas a Sporting News Mid-Season All-American honor.
