My tailgating has changed quite a bit now that I have two rambunctious little boys. I can usually be found chasing my two year old all over North Campus before the game. It’s all I can do to keep up with him.
Share a tailgate recipe:
Gameday Champagne
Ingredients:
¾ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup canned grapefruit juice
½ cup pineapple juice
1 bottle Champagne
serves 15 4 oz. or 6 10 oz.
Mix sugar and water. Bring to boil, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Add fruit juices to sugar syrup. Chill. Add champagne before serving. Garnish with mint, whole strawberries and pineapple chunks.
