Georgia adds its third commitment in three days with Warren McClendon pledging to the Bulldogs.  The Bulldogs have gained some momentum as they landed Demetrius Robertson on Saturday then Zion Logue Sunday evening. McClendon continues that momentum and gives Georgia its eighth four-star for the 2019 class.
The four-star offensive tackle chose Georgia over South Carolina, Florida, Auburn and many other teams. He currently holds 22 offers and his recruitment appeared down to Georgia and South Carolina. McClendon has family ties to both schools but ultimately chose to stay home. According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 26 OT and the No. 27 prospect in Georgia.
As a hometown kid, McClendon was a big Georgia fan, having two uncles Willie McClendon and Tyrone McClendon and a cousin, Bryan McClendon, play there. Georgia appeared to be his dream school, but with his cousin coaching at South Carolina, it seemed to come down to the wire.
McClendon kept it short and sweet and took to Twitter to announce his commitment.

McClendon is the second offensive tackle for the 2019 class as he joins the already committed Xavier Truss. Georgia now has 12 commitments for the 2019 class and ranks as the No. 8 overall class and the No. 4 class in the SEC.
