Shortly after the Bulldogs handled Georgia Tech, the team got some more good news when 2020 defensive tackle Warren Brinson committed to Georgia. He took to his personal Twitter to make the announcement.

“First and foremost, I would like to thank God for blessing me with the ability to play the game I love. Without him, none of this would be possible,” Brinson posted. “I greatly appreciate my family, coaches, and friends for helping me become the player I am today. With that being said, I’m beyond excited to announce my commitment to the University of Georgia.”

Georgia was Brinson’s first offer as the Bulldogs extended an offer on July 31. He’s 6-4 305 pounds who was on an unofficial visit to Athens this weekend. This season he had 16 solo, 27 total tackles, seven tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks.

Brinson gives the Bulldogs their fourth commitment for the 2020 class and the third defensive tackle.  He joins four-stars Jamil Burroughs and Nazir Stackhouse along with five-star offensive tackle Broderick Jones.
