SEC Network Takeover (#SECNTakeover) continues Friday, July 3, with the Georgia Bulldogs taking over the national television network for 24 hours. With the help of D.J. Shockley the Bulldogs have selected eight marquee television events from the vault* in addition to four films which include “Miracle 3”, followed by the full version of a game featured in the film (the 2008 SEC Men’s Basketball Championship), and “Herschel Walker” followed by his 1981 Sugar Bowl game.

- 2005 SEC Football Championship LSU vs. Georgia: Fifth year senior QB D.J. Shockley earned game MVP honors as No. 13 Georgia upset No.3 LSU, 34-14 to claim the SEC title.
- 2013 LSU vs. Georgia (Football): Georgia QB Aaron Murray and LSU QB Zach Mettenberger staged a shootout as No. 9 Georgia edged No. 6 LSU, 44-41.
- 1980 Georgia vs. Florida (Football): The last minute 93-yard miracle touchdown pass from Buck Belue to Lindsay Scott kept Georgia undefeated and moved the Dawgs into the top spot in the national polls.
- SEC Storied: Sarah & Suzanne – ESPN Films documents the story of two women dominating college gymnastics, while creating one of the most heated rivalries in SEC history.
- 2000 Georgia vs. Tennessee (Women’s Basketball): Deana Nolan’s 25 points fueled an explosive second half as the Lady Bulldogs blew past No. 2-ranked Tennessee 78-51 at sold-out Stegeman Coliseum. It was the biggest-ever win over the Lady Vols for Georgia.

- 2008 SEC Basketball Tournament Championship Game Arkansas vs. Georgia (Men’s Basketball): Georgia’s championship at the 2008 SEC Tournament in Atlanta was the stuff of legend. Georgia won four games in a 3-day span at the tornado-stricken tournament. The biggest surprise — in a weekend full of surprises — was the ease with which the Bulldogs dispatched Arkansas 66-57 to win the title and earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
- SEC Storied: Dominique Belongs to Us – ESPN Films explores the boy that grew up to be “The Human Highlight Film” and the man that came after in a documentary about finding your home.
- 1996 Georgia vs. Auburn (Football): QB Mike Bobo hit WR Corey Allen with a game tying 30-yard touchdown pass on the final play to set the stage for the SEC’s first overtime game. TB Robert Edwards scored three touchdowns in the four-overtime game to lead Georgia to a 56-49 victory.

- 1981 Sugar Bowl Notre Dame vs. Georgia (Football): Freshman Herschel Walker rushed for 150 yards and two touchdowns leading Georgia to a 17-10 victory completing the season as the nation’s only undefeated, untied team, and the consensus national champions.
