No. 11 Georgia will hit the road for three straight weeks beginning with a trip to two-time defending national champion and third-ranked Florida on Friday. Pre-meet introductions will begin at 6:45 p.m., and the meet will be televised live on the SEC Network. The Gymdogs are facing their third-consecutive top-15 opponent, and next week they will travel to No. 2 LSU. This marks the second year in a row that Georgia will take on Florida in Gainesville.

This marks the 137th all-time meeting between Georgia and Florida with the Gymdogs holding an 88-47-1 advantage. In 36 dual meets between the two schools, Georgia is 18-17-1.Georgia’s last win over the Gators came in 2009 and the Gymdogs’ last win in Gainesville was in 2008.

Tenth-ranked Georgia scored season-highs on all four events in a 196.975-194.225 win over No. 14 Kentucky in front of 9,957 fans last Saturday at Stegeman Coliseum. Georgia gymnasts also placed first on all four events, including a career-high 9.975 on bars by Brittany Rogers and a 9.925 on floor by Brandie Jay, who also tied for first on vault. Ashlyn Broussard set a career-high with a 9.9 on vault and tied her career-high on floor with a 9.85.
