Saturday’s game between Ole Miss and Georgia has been moved to a doubleheader to conclude the series due to the threat of inclement weather in Athens on Sunday.
Game one will begin at 1 p.m. ET while game two will follow at approximately 3:30 p.m. ET.

@chopshopboys GPoole_BI Just received an email from UGA Sports Communications. Double Header was postponed due to inclement weather. I think they were going to try to give it a go, but just too many t-storms kept popping up. They are going to try tomorrow at 11 AM in the morning on Sunday.
IMPORTANt UPDATE FOR GEORGIA SOFTBALL SERIES WITH OLE MISS THIS WEEKEND
“The scheduled doubleheader between No. 14 Georgia and Ole Miss has been postponed due to weather in the Athens area.
The teams will resume on Sunday at 11 a.m. ET.
The Bulldogs and Rebels were scoreless in the bottom second with Georgia working with one on when rain forced a delay. Lightning was then detected in the area, having the game be held longer. The impending forecast then had the teams postpone the game until Sunday.
