Georgia’s picking up a guy who can plug a hole on the defensive line as he’s 6-2 315 pounds as a junior. Tray Scott is his primary recruiter and continues to bring in big-time defensive linemen. He told me that Georgia’s like a home away from home.
“Georgia it feels like a second home to me, and I enjoy my visits to Georgia,” Burroughs said.
He made his choice today because it’s his mother’s birthday and he wanted to honor her with his decision.
As a sophomore, Burroughs recorded 34 solo tackles, 13 TFL, six sacks and two forced fumbles.
Georgia now has three commitments for the 2020 class as Burroughs joins Broderick Jones (OT) and Nazir Stackhouse (DT). The Bulldogs rank No. 9 in the 247Sports overall team rankings.
