Head Coach Kirby Smart braved his fear of heights and surprised the Redcoat Band today at practice. Amidst cheering and applause, he addressed the band from the video tower thanking them for their dedication and hard work. “What you guys do to energize the stadium, I don’t think you realize the impact you have,” Kirby said. He went on to talk about how the band creates a home field advantage when they get the crowd hyped up. He closed by saying, “We love that fact that we have the best, finest Redcoat Marching Band!”
