Jermaine Burton, a 2020 wide receiver out of Calabasas High School in California, has flipped his commitment from LSU to the University of Georgia shortly after 3:45 p.m. ET and will be signing with the Bulldogs.
Update Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 17:59: As expected, after flipping his commitment from LSU to the UGA earlier today, Jermaine Burton has signed and turned in his LOI to the Bulldogs.
At 6-foot-1 and 195 lbs, 247Sports rates Burton as a four-star prospect and the No. 4 WR and a top-25 recruit overall nationally in the 2020 recruiting class. ESPN and Rivals also rate Burton a four-star prospect.
With Burton on board, UGA has signed four receivers in the 2020 recruiting class He will join fellow 2020 signees St. Thomas Aquinas’ Marcus Rosemy and ELCA’s Justin Robinson along with Lakeland’s Arian Smith, who committed and signed with the Bulldogs earlier on Wednesday.
