Kirby Smart was Late for TD Club Speech – Why?

Georgia’s new head coach was a few minutes late arriving for his appearance at the Macon Touchdown Club last night. During his talk, the theme of which was “Do Your Job,” Smart revealed what caused him to run late for the meeting.
 
 
The video clip is only 21 seconds but reflects the type of attention to detail that Coach Smart brings to the football program. Speaking to the fanbase is an important part of his job but winning football games is much more important. When Smart delivered his Do Your Job speech last night, he was not just parroting a slogan. From the top, he means it.
 
 

 
 
If the players involved do not adjust their attitudes, there could be additional scholarships available in the Class of 2017.
