Georgia receives yet another commitments paperwork this morning. Four-star athlete, Makiya Tongue is officially a Bulldog.

According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, he ranks as the No. 8 ATH and the No. 12 prospect in LA. He holds 25 offers.

Tongue initially committed to the Bulldogs on July 29,2018, after he took an official visit to Athens on July 28.  His OV to Georgia way back on June 14-15. It didn’t take the four-star long to realize he liked Georgia.

He chose Georgia over Texas who held some advantage on his 247Sports profile.

Tongue and his high school team recently won a state championship. He is an excellent grab for the Bulldogs and will join the team during the summer. Look for him to make an impact early.

He is one of 12 currently committed Bulldogs that should send in their paperwork today. Georgia currently has 19 commitments for the 2019 class and rank as the No. 2 team in the country.
