Georgia and Alabama have faced each other a total of 67 times on the gridiron since 1895, and the Crimson Tide have won 38 of those matchups while the Bulldogs have won 25 times. Before college football instituted overtime, UGA and Bama played to a tie game four times. The Tide have won the last three meetings between the two schools, with the Dogs last winning 26-23 in overtime on Sept. 22, 2007.
