‌What life lessons did you learn while at UGA?

Nothing good happens after 2 a.m.

Life is short so appreciate the great times you have in college as it’s a brief period of time. (For us on a four year plan!)

Increased hate of the Gators!

‌What professor did you most admire?

Professor Teufelsdrockh who taught me that “speech is silver, but silence is golden.”

‌What do you consider your greatest achievement?

My family. I’m most proud of the two kids we have and the adults they are becoming. I love watching them grow in this crazy world.

‌Which historical figure do you most identify with?

President Jimmy Carter. You can succeed no matter where you get your start.

‌Who are your heroes in real life?

My grandfather Nathan Cohen, who immigrated to this country alone as a 13 year old and built a life for his family and created an amazing legacy that continues to grow through his great grandchildren. My Dad, who was an amazing role model for his four sons. And my three older brothers: Mark, Scott, and Lee. They have always set great examples for me to follow as a person, father, brother and friend. Including following them to attend UGA.

‌Quote to live by:

“There are no coincidences.”

‌What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Traveling with my family, a great old fashion, and a Dawgs victory!

Keeping a positive attitude. Not taking myself too seriously while being level headed.

‌What do you most value in your friends?

Altruism, honesty and a great sense of humor.

Not being so damn handsome. It’s tough. (And maybe being about 3-4” taller.)

‌Who are your favorite writers?

Thomas Carlyle- He was an amazing historian and philosopher that captured his era with great details and imagination. Stuart Woods- Fun mysteries with ties back to the state of Georgia.

Fave social media and who to follow?

Jeff Foxworthy- other than how funny he is, he is a DGD and great human. @mortgagemanatl is also a must follow!
