Ten Georgia swimmers were listed on the official NCAA Championships women’s psych sheet released on Wednesday.
Senior Caitlin Casazza; juniors Veronica Burchill, Sofia Carnevale, and Meryn McCann; sophomores Danielle Della Torre and Courtney Harnish; and freshmen Olivia Carter, Callie Dickinson, Madison Homovich, and Dakota Luther received invitations on Wednesday. The Lady Bulldogs likely will add juniors Katherine Aikins and Jordan Stout and sophomore Gabi Fa’amausili as relay alternates.
The Lady Bulldogs will be vying for their eighth national title March 20-23 in Austin, Texas. Georgia won national championships in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2013, 2014 and 2016. In the last 19 years, the Lady Bulldogs have finished first or second 13 times.
