The Georgia soccer team are on the road today in Macon, GA for a high noon showdown against the Mercer Bears.
Mercer is coming off a 10-9-1 record during the 2016 season and advanced to the semifinal round of the SoCon Tournament before falling to ETSU. Georgia has played four spring matches, compiling a 2-2 record. All three early enrollees have seen time on the field for the Bulldogs with Regan Glisson scoring two goals in two games.
Due to the construction of a new grandstand and press box at the Turner Soccer Complex, all games this spring will be played away from Athens.
