ATHENS, Ga. – The 11th-ranked Georgia softball team has announced a change in its SEC-opening series with Arkansas due to continuing rain in the area on Sunday evening.
Sunday’s game has been moved to Monday beginning at 2 p.m. The series finale is still scheduled for a 7 p.m. first pitch on the SEC Network.
The first 200 fans in attendance to Monday’s game will receive a red Georgia beanie cap.
Georgia won the opening game of the series on Saturday with an 8-0 shutout of Arkansas, limiting the Razorbacks to a single hit.
