Solomon Kindley talked to the media on Monday about the trip to Jacksonville and the mentality of the team. He mentioned how the team’s culture has changed this season along with being a part of the offensive line.
 

He mentioned that the team capitalizes on the mistakes they make. No matter what the mistake or how many, they go through it on film and address them in practice. From minor miss-steps to missed blocks, Kindley says they capitalize on those errors and fix them.
 
 

We always capitalize on our mistakes,” Kindley states. “We never see the good we did in the game, we always go back to the, ‘Oh, you could make this step, you could make that step, you could make this better, you could you throw this better, you could run better, you could block him this way.” It’s every game, we could pretty much say we had something to work on.”

 
 
Kindley is a redshirt freshman, who’s worked his way up to starting right guard. Despite an ankle injury, No. 66 continues to compete and earn his spot each week. The comment goes back to what most of the players the media has talked to have stated, they are humble. Players believe they aren’t perfect and there’s room to grow and they continue to grow.
