UGA isn’t playing around when it comes to the college football facilities arm’s race. Georgia has added a DJ booth to the Bulldogs’ locker room, complete with a spin table. Senior running back Sony Michel didn’t waste any time trying it out either.

The University of Georgia announced in February that the athletic board had approved a multi-million dollar enhancement package for the west end zone of Sanford Stadium that will expand the venue and include new locker rooms as well as an area to host and entertain recruiting prospects on game day in addition to other additions and improvements. The new locker room will be nearly double the size of the old one, increasing from 2,774 square feet currently to approximately 5,400 square feet.
But back to Sony Michel ‘spinning it’ on the turn table. He isn’t just a talented football player and student-athlete who wears No. 1 and breaks the ankles of defenders on Saturday. If you didn’t know, Michel is also a musician and an aspiring rap artist. If you haven’t had the chance to check out his music, you can catch him on SoundCloud on his FlyGuyTeam channel. Here is a title called “UGA Anthem” from three years ago, and he has released 4 other tracks, with his most recent last month titled “Pressure.”
