TODAY’S FEATURED PROSPECTS

The early signing period will be here before you know it. Georgia currently has 18 commitments for the 2019 class and ranks as the No. 3 overall class on 247Sports. With about six to seven spots left, here are three guys I think will end up in the 2019 class and sign with the Bulldogs. I’m not saying these will be the next three to make a decision, but I do think the three will be in the class when it’s all said and done.

NEWS:

Clay Webb has been a topic of discussion for a long time. At one time it seemed like he was an Alabama lock, then he showed interest in Clemson, and Webb made it known how much he likes Sam Pittman at Georgia. Despite him being what seems like a cloud of confusion, I like Georgia’s chances. He visited for the G-day game, the Tennessee game and then came back for the Auburn game. He and Pittman are close, and with the way, Georgia’s depth chart looks he could play guard or center once he gets here. It’s between Clemson, Georgia, and Alabama. He announces in December, and I think he will be choosing the good guys, it is the best fit in my opinion.

Nakobe Dean

NEWS:

Nakobe Dean is another player I think will end up at Georgia. He is a player that is big on school, and Georgia has one of the best schools that he wants to major in and get a degree. He visited for the Auburn game, and it was his official visit on campus. Dean seemed to have had a great time on his visit as did his mother. It is between Georgia, Alabama and the dark horse, Mississippi State. Dean is another that could come in an quickly earn playing time on the field. In my opinion, he is a must get for the 2019 class and could be a pivotal part of the future success of Georgia football.

Tyrique Stevenson

POSITION: CB

HT, WT: 6-0.5 202

SCHOOL: Miami Southridge

CITY, STATE: Homestead, FL

STATUS: Undecided

# OF OFFERS: 29 offers

NEWS:

Tyrique Stevenson is another player that Georgia must get for the 2019 class. He’s smart, quick and sees the football field well. Despite Georgia having two commitments for the secondary already, Stevenson is a top priority. He isn’t the tallest guy but makes up for it with his awareness and quickness. Stevenson visited for the Auburn game as well, and the Bulldogs could get him on campus again before he decides on January 5. It’s a race between Georgia and Maimi for this one, and with how the Hurricanes are playing, Georgia has a great shot.
