With the departures at wide receiver from the 2018 UGA football team and the injuries to the unit the 2019 Bulldogs suffered, the Georgia coaching staff made sure to address and beef up the Dawgs’ receiving corps in the 2020 recruiting class. UGA signed four wide receivers on Early Signing Day on Wednesday, December 18th and those signees included Jermaine Burton, Justin Robinson, Marcus Rosemy, and Arian Smith.

Jermaine Burton

A 6-foot-1 and 195 lbs receiver out of Calabasas High School in California, Burton flipped from LSU to UGA on Early Signing Day. He is rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports, the No. 4 WR, and a top-25 recruit overall nationally in the 2020 recruiting class. ESPN and Rivals also rate Burton a four-star prospect.

Justin Robinson

Robinson committed to UGA back in March and was one of the first prospects to sign his National Letter of Intent and turn it in to the Bulldogs on Early Signing Day. A 6-foot-4 and 205 lbs receiver out of Eagles Landing Christian Academy in Mcdonough, GA, Robinson is rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports, the No. 48 WR, and the No. 27 recruit from the state of Georgia. Rivals also rates Robinson a four-star prospect while ESPN has him as a three-star.

Marcus Rosemy

Like Robinson, Rosemy was part of the first group of verbal commits to sign their Letters of Intent and get them turned in to UGA on Early Signing Day. A 6-foot-3 and 195 receiver out of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Rosemy committed to the Bulldogs back in June. He is rated a 4-star prospect by 247Sports, the No. 7 WR, the No. 7 player from the Sunshine State, and overall nationally is ranked the No. 41 recruit for 2020. Both ESPN and Rivals also have Rosemy rated as a four-star prospect, a top-15 receiver, and a top-50 recruit nationally.

Arian Smith

A 6-foot-2 and 180 lbs speed demon out of Lakeland HS, Lakeland, FL, Smith committed to and signed with Georgia on Early Signing Day. He is rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports , the No. 6 WR, the No. 5 player from the state of Florida, and nationally, the 28th recruit overall. ESPN and Rivals also have him rated as a 4-star WR.
