You can see the kicker’s foot to the right of Stokes’ head and the ball has still not reached the ground in this frame. Note that Eric’s body has not had time to react to the block – his eyes are closed.
 

 
 
Stokes is starting to react to the fact that he has blocked the kick, but Tae Crowder (30) is already smiling as he watches. Note the kicker’s foot has still not returned to the turf.
