Kirby Smart was asked about the progress of both Natrez Patrick and Deangelo Gibbs during his National Signing Day press conference. Patrick’s issues resulted from a late-night traffic stop after the SEC Championship game. The reason for Gibbs’ absence has never been disclosed:
