The nation’s top kicker in the class of 2018, Jake Camarda, announced his decision to commit to the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday evening after UGA’s 2017 G-Day game.

While the day may have started out a little ‘gloomy’ for the University of Georgia with the news of losing 2018 commit to LSU, landing a kicker like Jake Camarda does soften blow to some degree. Camada is a 6 foot 2 and 175 lbs prospect out of Norcross High School, Norcross, GA. 247Sports.com ranks Camarda as the No. 1 kicker for 2018. Both Chris Sailer Kicking and Kohl’s Kicking also rank Camarda as one of the top-5 kickers for 2018 and rate him as a 5-star kicking prospect.
