Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

DawgByte Greg Poole If Holloman even thinks of playing for AU, he needs his head examined.      If doesn’t commit, he’ll regret it all his life.      COMMIT TO THE G now or someone else will commit first and you’ll be forced to play elsewhere.   It’s your call.    Do what is right Holloman.    GO DAWGS

  3. Richmondawg

Bansai buckeroo Richmond is the civil war, in many ways….live a block off  Monument Ave…..between the Lee and Davis monuments

  4. Bansai buckeroo

Roswell, Ga…some of the pre and post civil war history was pretty interesting but the ghost stuff was silly and boring….

  5. Richmondawg

Bansai buckeroo been to Roswell New Mexico….tourist trap hell..!pretty sand hills outside of town though…

  6. Richmondawg

RumRunnerDoogie Richmondawg watched the UFC prelims, but I ain’t paying for a catfight…

  7. Bansai buckeroo

Well I guess nobody committed while I was out doing a ghost tour of Roswell…. I can report as far as I can tell there are no ghosts in Roswell…none that spoke to me anyway…..

  8. Richmondawg

RumRunnerDoogie Richmondawg watching boxing on ESPN…if Teddy Atlas has an IQ over 65, I’m a freaking Teletubby….

  9. RumRunnerDoogie

DawgDaddy DawgByte if he doesnt step in and demand double teams we might be in for a long season

  10. DawgDaddy

DawgByte Just finished watching it.  Man is Trent Thompson good.  He played very well that game, I guess it was while he was fully healthy.  We need him healthy this year.

  11. RumRunnerDoogie

GaSoldier dont necessarily need one this class, got two of those last class

  12. GaSoldier

Yes, that’s what I’m thinking about. Swift fits the bill of being that versatile back. While we would still need that grind and pound back. Swift is electric

  13. RumRunnerDoogie

JaxDawg yea hes up around 210+ now, i was worried about having two possible smaller backs in carter and swift until i found out he wasnt that small

  14. JaxDawg

I agree, I think Cam would definitely start at UGA and would be a game changer with our QBs taking off the pressure. I think swift is just as good too and would be an amazing 1 2 punch

  15. GaSoldier

Good question, and what I do believe. If you commit to UGA as a RB, and start as a freshman/sophomore. You will have a great chance of being a 1st round draft pick one day. With the history we have, qb’s we have coming in, and Oline.

  16. JaxDawg

Yea but if we possibly have carter and swift by then, would he still feel opportunity at UGA or would he pick a different school that only has 1 RB committed?

  17. RumRunnerDoogie

DawgDaddy RumRunnerDoogie yea but new staff with skinny and this recruiting season isnt even half way done

  18. JaxDawg

I see him starting, it would have been what 10 months since his injury? He should be ready
