# OF OFFERS:

UGA OFFER:

NEWS:

Daniel Carter is a 5-11 195-pound running back from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. The Fort Lauderdale native ranks as the No. 16 RB and the No. 33 prospect in Florida. Carter runs a 4.7 in the forty-yard dash and shows great physicality. He rushed for 1000 yards and 19 touchdowns. Carter sees the field well and can make people miss. His cutting ability impresses and should impress a lot of next level recruiters. He’s agile and hard to bring down with just one defender. Carter makes guys miss and kicks it into the next gear once he gets to the second level of the defense. He’s physical and that will carry him far at the next level.

Carter holds 27 offers including one from Georgia, that offered in March of 2016. He recently committed to playing in the Under Armour All-American Game on March 8th. Carter says he doesn’t have any top schools right now, but Miami according to 247Sports is in the lead for him. Only time will tell with this running back and where he will choose to go. Carter says there isn’t a timetable on when he will make his decision. He just wants to choose the right place for him.

Ronald Thompkins

CLASS: 2019

POSITION: ATH (247 Sports)

HT, WT: 5-11, 195

SCHOOL: Grayson High School

CITY, STATE: Loganville, Georgia

STATUS: Undeclared

# OF OFFERS: 20 offers

UGA OFFER: Yes, March 25, 2017

NEWS:

Ronald Thompkins is a 5-11 195-pound prospect from Grayson High school in Loganville, Georgia. 247 Sports ranks him as a four-star athlete and is the No. 29 ATH in the country. Thompkins ranks as the No. 38 prospect in the state of Georgia. He runs a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash and just shows great bursts and top-end speed. Something that sticks out to me is his ability to make defenders miss and pay, and I fully expect this to continue on at the next level. Thompkins is a major target and has so much talent it just exudes out of him. Whoever gets this back will get a special player. Despite ranked as an ATH, Thompkins primarily plays running back and wants to play in that position at the next level.

He holds 20 offers right now ranging from Florida State, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and plenty more. The latest offer coming from Alabama on March 5th. Thompkins visited Georgia Sept. 16th and came back on Sept. 23rd. His latest visit was to Georgia State on February 17.  On March 5th, Thompkins announced his final four, Tennessee, Penn State, Southern California and Mississippi State.
