Georgia’s swimmers had another impressive showing on Saturday in the Phillips 66 National Championships.[su_spacer size=”40″]
Junior Emily Cameron came in fourth in the women’s 200-meter individual medley with a time of 4:42.24. Senior Annie Zhu placed second in the consolation final in 4:45.09.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Former Lady Bulldog Amanda Weir took second in the women’s 50-meter freestyle as she stopped the clock in 24.85. Junior Olivia Smoliga finished seventh with a time of 25.29.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Senior Michael Trice touched in 22.49 to wind up eighth in the men’s 50-meter freestyle.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Sophomore Gunnar Bentz came in second in the consolation final of the 100-meter butterfly as he reached the wall in 52.85.
