UGA baseball senior Cam Shepherd discusses teammate Tucker Bradley‘s performance this season after the Bulldogs’ 15-1 win over Kennesaw State at Foley Field in Athens, GA on Tuesday. Shepherd also shares his thoughts about facing Kennesaw State’s pitchers twice in one week, and how he thought that was an advantage for the Bulldogs.
Cam said Tucker is a “beast in the weight room” after his teammate continues to swing a hot bat at the plate the season. Bradley went two-for-three versus the Owls on Tuesday with 2 runs and 3 RBIs. Cam Shepherd signed with the Bulldogs out of Peachtree Ridge High School in Duluth, GA as part of UGA baseball’s 2017 recruiting class. Shepherd has started every game at shortstop for the Diamond Dogs and is batting .294 this season with three home runs, 10 runs, and 10 RBIs. He is also 5-for-5 in stolen bases.
